Car Insurance Mandate

Do people understand that government does not have the power to mandate personal expenses?
If you disagree, you can give a reference if you think that the government can mandate costs, not to compare car insurance, you may choose not to buy a car that does not include taxes, I do not question this.
The federal government can not force people to buy health insurance. Unfortunately, Mr. Obama and the liberals ignore the Constitution.

Mandate for 21st Century America: Universal Health Insurance $36.69 The American health care system is badly broken: higher health care costs, less accessibility to health care, and a poorer patient safety record than other industrialized nations. Global competition is eroding the ability of American business to finance health insurance for its workers, and the aging of Americaas population is making the nationas health care entitlements unaffordable. These changes will put pressure on conservatives who have previously blocked health insurance, but will now recognize the changes requiring their support for an income-related catastrophic health insurance that can generate health care marketplace competition for the innovation and cost-saving similar to the rest of the American economy. Either America does nothing and bankrupts the economy with spiraling health care costs and a middle class entitlement that it can no longer afford, or it enacts income-related catastrophic universal health insurance that can provide efficient, efficacious and equitable health care for all Americans. |
