Florida Car Insurance Laws Changes
florida no fault Question HELP !!!!!?
my friend was in an accident with a motocycle. The man was killed, but she was not to blame. she has suffered an injury and perminate State farm is not in accordance with the law suit. and tries to refuse to pay her salary. she is now disabled as a result of this accident. but my question is ….. Her vehicle was still registered in Virginia. means that no-fault law still applies. we still had VA tags and was still registered as we had not had the opportunity to change them over. the only thing that was from Florida was the insurace because we were trying to get FL-tags, but we were on the hunt for a decent inurance company, and we had only had insurance 3 weeks at the most. Our car was registered in VA and still had VA tags. why should it apply to us (no errors allowed)
Well, a good insurance policy will cover both the driver and passengers, and the others involved in the accident too. In this case it was a motorcycle. Some of the policy's include an extra cover for any errors. If your friend had paid extra for any errors, so that her policy will cover this. Since the insurance company trying to not pay, I would get a lawyer who specializes in car accidents and insurance. The insurance company will try not to pay. If your friend had a cheap policy and not pay extra for no errors, then ball games are lost and gone. I think you need an expert attorney to read and study politics. Policy reading is complex. Bye …….
